Private-Pay

Working with Chia Chia means you will get a custom strategy that combines physical health, emotional support, and nutritional guidelines to maximize your healing. You will have direct communication with Chia Chia so that she may continue to support healing outside of the clinic. 

First session $165

• 60 minutes face to face time with Chia Chia
• Includes acupuncture and one or more modalities best suited to address your condition (moxibustion, LED light therapy, infrared heat therapy, manual therapy, massage, NRT/Nutrition Response Testing, exercise and nutritional suggestions) 

Follow-up session $125

• 25 minutes face to face time with Chia Chia
• Includes acupuncture and one or more modalities best suited to address your condition (see above)

THE TRANSFORMATION

This is a 12 week program designed to help you achieve your wellness goals.  The Transformation Program includes acupuncture and complimentary modalities (see above).  Email, text, and phone support are also included during the entire 12 weeks.  Supplements and herbs are not included in this package.  

The Transformation Package is ideal for you if your goal is to:

1. To reduce chronic pain
2. To train for an athletic event
3. To recover from an injury
4. To achieve health and wellness goals

Nutrition

• 1 Nutritional Assessment   (90 minutes)
• 1 Report of Findings, Discussion of Treatment Plan (30 minutes)
• 1 Nutritional Follow/Up Wk 6  (30 minutes)
• 1 Nutritional Follow/Up Wk 12   (30 minutes)

Acupuncture 

12 weekly acupuncture sessions

• 1 initial session , 75 minutes
• 11 follow-ups, 55 minute session

Note: If you withdraw from the Transformation Program before the 12th week, your refund will be based on individual pricing of each session you attended.

Insurance Accepted

We will provide a super bill so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. All copays and coinsurance are due at the time of service.  Zelle and Venmo accepted. 

• Regence/BCBS (Is preauthorization required? Please confirm your deductible and copay as well.)

It is the patient’s responsibility to verify coverage ahead of their appointment to determine their benefits for acupuncture, and whether a preauthorization is required for treatment.

Helpful questions during a call with an insurance rep:

1. Do I have acupuncture benefits? (Mention CPT codes 97811, 97813)
2. What are the restrictions for conditions covered by my policy?
3. If yes, how many visits do I have per calendar year? What is my annual dollar amount benefit?
4. Is my acupuncture benefit combined with another health care service like PT or chiropractic/ND visits? If so, how many visits remain for this year?
5. Do I have a deductible? Have I met my deductible? If not, how much more do I need to meet before my benefits kick in?
