In past week I’ve come across some interesting facts. Did you know?
- On February 20, 2020 the Chinese Government declared TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) as official treatment for COVID-19 cases.
- “Bidet” is among the top 10 searches on Amazon.
- On May 1, 2020, Gov. Brown released medical and dental providers back to work.
Yeah, Baby! I’m back in the office!
It’s time for some much needed TLC with yours truly. Text or email me to see up an appointment for a much needed session. ([email protected] ) You’ll need to imagine my smile through the mask.
Since the days are starting to blur, I decided that it is important for me to recognize my daily accomplishments. Instead of a To Do List, I started making a Did List. When I finish something, no matter how small or insignificant, I write it down in the order I did them.
At the end of the day, I look over the Did List. All those things I did is going to bring me closer to what I want. And if I don’t see the connection between what I did today and my end goal, I tell myself that I did what was necessary to get me there.
My Did List for Cinco de Mayo, 2020
- Wrote a thoughtful birthday card to two women I admire.
- Saw patients in my office. I loved every minute of it!
- Made myself a huge bowl of salad for lunch.
- Worked on my online program.
- Learned a new skill from a podcast and used it the same day.
- Did physical therapy and lifted weights.
- Participated in two webinars for my practice.
- Sent flowers to my daughter to cheer her up.
- Painted my toenails a ruby red. (My skills are improving during SIP!)
- Made it to bed by 9:30 pm. Slept 10 hours. (I’m caught up now!)
Hours after I sent my last email to you, I couldn’t remember what I had written. I mean, I remembered the original draft, but not the final version I sent to you.
I concluded that since I didn’t remember what I wrote, my message was not impactful. And that’s okay. I don’t have to produce something awesome each time. What’s more important is that I continue the practice of writing to you.
I appreciate your reading. See you in my office sooooon!
Be well. Stay connected.
