Now I’m struggling to understand how a pandemic gives context to an old issue, police brutality and racism.  How does this context explain the ways in which the collective pain body expresses itself?

No matter where you find yourself on the continuum of this American crisis, my message remains the same.

It still starts w you.

It start with your mind. How you think about the things you see. What you do with your feelings. How your feelings influence your perspective.

It starts with your body. Your body is interconnected with your mind. How you treat and nourish your body influences how you think and feel everyday.

It starts with your spirit. How you show up. Your spirit is your attitude, our presence. Your consciousness and your unconscious self, two sides of the same coin. Your subconscious as the vibration in which you walk this earth.

Health. Harmony. Humanity.

It all starts with your intention.

May you continue to nurture your mind, body and spirit everyday to bring about positive change, health, and peace.

Be well. Stay connected.
